Seasonal location is something we’ve been doing for a few years now to diversify our services and respond to a growing demand in Nice area.
We use the Airbnb web site for practical reasons and also because a the great exposition and popularity worldwide.
Everything is included: On line annonce with details and photos, check in/out, cleaning, laundry and the management as a classic rent. We deal with all the administrative procedures under your name if needed in agreement with local laws.
You must in deed get an authorisation to rent an apartment seasonally. Conditions to obtain this authorisation may change because of new laws or dispositions taken by local
authorities.We keep ourselves updated to be respectful of theses changes and keep you updated too.
Remains at your expense all sheets and bathroom furnitures and all other furnitures needed for a seasonal rental (inventory, check list and advices made for you)
Rules are established before the arrival ( no animals, no noises after 10pm, no partys or other events with a lot of guests…) and a deposit is taken directly on the website. Also, Airbnb has a guarantee fund for prospective big damages witch is an uncommon situation but a good point.
